Go to store.steampowered.com > Your profile name
Navigate to Account > Privacy
Click "Request a copy of your Steam account data"

How to download

Click "Request data"
Wait for the email (can take several weeks)
Download the archive

Pro tip

Steam's GDPR export is comprehensive. Most interesting file is the playtime breakdown — gives you a full record of every game played and for how long.

After the download

Review the "ExternalLicenses" file which shows any games acquired via third-party keys
Delete the archive from your inbox after review
