Before you start
- Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings
- Scroll to "Your Facebook Information"
How to download
- Select "Download Your Information"
- Select categories (Posts, Photos, etc.)
- Create File
Pro tip
Download includes "Facial Recognition Data" if you opt-in to that export.
After the download
- Delete the "Off-Facebook Activity" log separately in settings
- Review "Ad Topics" data
