Box is enterprise file storage: what a company uses when it needs somewhere to put documents everyone on the team can reach, and nobody outside can. If your Box account came through work, those files are company property before they are your property, and that changes who can actually help you get them out.

- Go to Settings > Application Keys
- Select "Account Info"
How to download
- Look for "Download all files" option in Account settings
- Request download
