Before you start

Go to netflix.com > Account
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Under "Privacy", click "Get a copy of your personal information"

How to download

Select "Download your personal information"
Click "Submit"
Wait for the email (up to 30 days)
Download the ZIP file

Pro tip

The export covers all profiles on the account, not just yours. Each profile's viewing history is in a separate CSV. Great for spotting what got watched when.

After the download

Open ViewingActivity.csv in a spreadsheet to see your full watch history
Review for any shows you'd rather not have on record
