Before you start

  1. Go to account.microsoft.com
  2. Sign in
  3. Select "Privacy" tab

How to download

  1. Scroll to "Privacy dashboard"
  2. Click "View data" for each category (Search, Location, Voice)
  3. Or use the "Download your data" link at the bottom of the privacy dashboard
  4. Select data types and request export

Pro tip

Microsoft separates data into "Privacy Dashboard" and "Account Profile". Check both.

After the download

  • Clear search history in the dashboard
  • Delete voice recordings
