Before you start
- Go to Settings > General
- Scroll to "Data"
How to download
- Select "Download all your files" or "Export"
- Download the archive
Pro tip
You can also use "Dropbox Transfer" to send a copy of your files to yourself.
After the download
- Review "Connected Apps"
- Delete "Deleted Files" if you want them gone
- Once verified, duplicate important folders to another location such as ProtonDrive, pCloud, or an external SSD.
